Water Infrastructure Capabilities
Abergeldie’s dedicated team of wastewater engineering specialists can deliver the complete range of wastewater treatment works. Using our expansive knowledge and experience, Abergeldie can design, construct, upgrade, repair or refurbish all aspects of wastewater management, including complete, new construction of treatment plants, raw winter intakes from rivers and weirs, pumping stations and pipelines, or upgrades of individual process elements such as aeration, dewatering systems, sludge handling, odour management, chemical dosing, UV disinfection, electrical works, control systems and process pipework. Pipework can be refurbished using a range of innovate trenchless methodologies and relining systems, some of which are exclusive to Abergeldie.
We are proud of standing as a leader in the wastewater engineering treatment and reuse sector. Our capabilities and capacity are evidenced by our select contractor panel status with Hunter Water Corporation, Melbourne Water, Yarra Valley Water, Unitywater, Seqwater and Queensland Urban Utilities, and membership of Sydney Water Corporation’s select panel of contractors for its Network Facilities Renewal Program.
Abergeldie can also carry out a complete range of related civil, building, mechanical and electrical works, including road and bridge construction. We are prequalified with state and territory main roads authorities at the R4 and B4 levels for complex road and bridge projects, with the quality of our infrastructure project delivery recognised by multiple awards from professional industry bodies such as the Civil Contractors Federation and Engineers Australia.
