Wastewater treatment plants and effluent management
Abergeldie has a 24-year history in the successful delivery of design, construction, repair and refurbishment wastewater treatment plants and water recycling facilities. In recognition of our expertise and record of reliable project delivery, we have earned select contractor panel status with Hunter Water Corporation, Yarra Valley Water, Unitywater, Seqwater and Queensland Urban Utilities and membership of Sydney Water Corporation’s select panel of contractors for its five-year $300 million Network Facilities Renewal Program.
We have extensive experience with sewage and raw water treatment facilities, as well as problem-solving for multiple large-scale construction-related challenges. On brownfield sites, we work closely with plant operations teams to stage works and provide temporary bypass arrangements that isolate the construction zones and ensure the continuous operation of existing treatment processes while new facilities are being constructed, installed and commissioned.
Recently completed and currently wastewater treatment projects include the design, construction, installation, programming and commissioning of dosing systems, reclaimed effluents/recycled water reclamation processes, chemical storage tanks, aeration systems, pumping stations, bio nutrient removal technologies, screening systems, bioreactors, sludge dewatering facilities, UV disinfection systems, clarifiers, inlet works – ranging from upgrades of single elements of the treatment process on brownfield sites to the design and construction of completely new plants on greenfield sites.
Abergeldie offers a complete package for potable and wastewater processing requirements. Click on the projects below for information about some of our successfully delivered projects.
