Abergeldie have a range of associated services to complement our existing range of pipeline rehabilitation solutions and pipe renewal, as follows:
The M-Coating system is suitable for concrete access chambers and wet wells, and allows round and rectangular shafts to be cleaned and coated remotely from the surface, ensuring a safe method of shaft coating.
The 3D manhole scanner assesses access chambers and wet wells, with the highly sophisticated camera in the 3D Manhole scanner controlled remotely, allowing entire access chambers to be scanned for on-the-spot analysis.
CCTV Surveys and Assessment
Abergeldie Watertech also offers CCTV pipeline inspection and laser profile reporting services using the latest tractor mounted CCTV camera equipment.
Our laser profiler assesses the condition of a pipe and provides computer generated pipe profile data. Laser profiling equipment attached to existing CCTV cameras moves through the pipes to capture footage which is then computer analysed to provide a report profile.
Our laser profiler is typically used to analyse capacity loss, provide pipeline assessment and quality assurance, measure pipe diameter, and quantify imperfections.
Our pipeline robotics capability includes our Hachler pneumatic milling robot ‘Climb’ which can traverse the mainline and be guided to enter and climb up into the branch line for defect repairs (100mm-225mm diameter).
The ‘Intruder’ system can tackle the removal of more severe pipe blockages such as tuberculation, mineral deposits or concrete.
See below for further information on associated services to complement our pipe services.
